Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms apply to your use of solardetailco.com and to solar panel cleaning services provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME - pending], doing business as Solar Detail, Co. ("Solar Detail Co", "we", "us"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

The website

The site is for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate, but content may change and may contain errors. Results mentioned on the site, such as output gains after cleaning, vary by system, location and conditions, and are not guarantees.

Quotes

Quotes given by text, email or form are estimates based on the information you provide, including your address and number of panels. We confirm the panel count on site, and the final price reflects the actual count.

Services

We clean solar panels at residential properties. We do not perform electrical work, panel repair or installation. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized to approve work at the property, and that the panels are safely accessible. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, such as wet roofs, high wind, or damaged panels or roofing.

Scheduling and cancellations

We schedule appointments in set time windows. You do not need to be home as long as we can access the panels. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged a fee of 25% of the quoted price.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed, by the methods we accept at the time of booking.

Pre-existing conditions

Panels and roofs can have hidden defects such as cracks, loose connections or worn coatings. We are not responsible for damage that existed before our visit. Please tell us about any known issues before we start.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost energy production or savings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Text messages

By texting us you agree that we may reply by text, including with an automated assistant. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. The version posted on the site when you book applies to that booking.
